BecAIm Business is operated by
Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. References to “BecAIm”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Policy mean Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited. This Policy covers the BecAIm Business platform (workspace/tenant accounts, Procurement Co-Pilot, Sales Co-Pilot, and related tools) — it is separate from the BecAIm consumer app's
Privacy Policy.
1. What we collect
- Workspace account data — company name, work email, password (hashed), role, and team-member details entered by your workspace owner/admin.
- Business Brain — the context you provide about your company (industry, products/services, target customers, key challenges, culture, tone of voice, competitors, geography) so our AI can generate relevant missions, coaching, and Co-Pilot output.
- Workspace content — goals, missions, activity, team performance data, procurement requirements/RFQs/supplier communications, and sales leads/campaigns/outreach content your team creates or uploads.
- Usage & billing data — plan tier, seat count, AI usage/spend, and (if applicable) payment details processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Uploaded files — attachments (documents, spreadsheets, images) your team uploads to missions, procurement RFQs, or sales campaigns.
2. How we use your data
To deliver the service: generate AI-grounded missions and coaching using your Business Brain, run the Procurement and Sales Co-Pilots (supplier discovery, RFQ drafting, lead discovery, outreach drafting), show team/performance analytics, send transactional and workspace-activity emails, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data.
3. AI processing
Your Business Brain, goals, missions, and Co-Pilot inputs (procurement requirements, sales ICP/leads) are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. The AI provider processes this data under its own terms and does not use it to train public foundation models when accessed through our API key.
4. Third-party sharing
We share data only with: (a) our AI provider as above, (b) email delivery infrastructure (Resend) for transactional mail and Sales Co-Pilot outreach sent on your behalf, (c) external data sources our Co-Pilots query on your behalf (e.g. search/enrichment providers for supplier or lead discovery), (d) cloud infrastructure (database hosting, object storage, CDN), and (e) our payment provider for billing. We do not share your workspace data with advertisers or with other tenants.
5. Your choices & rights
Workspace owners can edit or remove Business Brain content, branding, and team members at any time from Workspace Settings, and can export a full JSON snapshot of workspace data from Settings → Data. To close a workspace or exercise other rights (GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP — including data export or deletion requests), contact
privacy@becaim.ai; we do not currently offer fully self-service workspace deletion, so these requests are handled by our team directly.
6. Data retention
Workspace data is retained while your workspace is active. If you request workspace closure, we deactivate the workspace and its users promptly and delete personal data within 30 days, except limited anonymised aggregates used for analytics and records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing). Backups are retained up to 90 days.
7. Security
Workspace and team data is stored in our managed MongoDB cluster behind authenticated network access, with role-based access control (owner / manager / employee) enforced on every request. We use TLS in transit. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and report any incident immediately.
8. Changes & contact
