BecAim AI is operated by Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. All references to “BecAim”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Policy mean Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited.
- Account data — phone number (for OTP login) or Google email + name (for Google sign-in), username, display name, language, optional bio, avatar color, optional profile photo.
- App content — goals, missions, completion proofs, posts, comments, likes, group memberships, direct messages, weekly-challenge participation.
- Usage analytics — app version, device type, in-app actions, AI prompt counts, push-notification deliveries.
- Device storage — JWT auth token and PWA service-worker cache stored locally on your device.
To deliver the service: generate personalised missions via AI, show your feed and friend graph, run weekly challenges, send notifications you opted into, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal data.
Your goals, missions and coaching prompts are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses. AI providers process this data under their own privacy terms and do not use it to train their public foundation models when used through our API key.
We share data only with: (a) AI providers as above, (b) SMS/WhatsApp OTP provider (Pingbix) for login, (c) Google OAuth for Google sign-in, (d) cloud infrastructure (database hosting, CDN, push providers). We do not share your data with advertisers.
You can: edit or delete posts/comments anytime, change privacy of any goal (public / friends / group-only), turn off push notifications, delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, India DPDP) you may have additional rights such as data export — email
privacy@becaim.ai.
Active account data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, your personal account details, friends, group memberships, direct messages and notifications are purged within 30 days. Goals, missions, posts, comments and likes are retained but disconnected from your identity (shown as “Deleted user”) so they don’t break shared content for other users. Backups are retained up to 90 days.
Phone numbers and tokens are stored in our managed MongoDB cluster behind authenticated network access. We use TLS in transit. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password for any linked Google account and report any incident immediately.
BecAim is not directed at children under 13. We will delete accounts known to belong to underage users.
