BecAIm Business (“BecAIm”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. BecAIm Business is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for AI-driven goal execution, including the Procurement Co-Pilot and Sales Co-Pilot. These Terms govern your use of the BecAIm Business web app and any Android/iOS builds, and apply per workspace (“tenant”) you create or join.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company creating the workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for the accuracy of the Business Brain and other workspace content, for managing team-member access and roles, and for keeping login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your workspace.
BecAIm Business uses third-party AI models (currently Claude by Anthropic), grounded in the Business Brain you provide, to generate missions, coaching responses, procurement RFQ drafts, and sales outreach drafts. AI output is for guidance only — it is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and outreach/procurement drafts should be reviewed before sending. You retain ownership of your workspace content. You grant BecAIm a license to process it as needed to operate the service on your behalf.
You will not use BecAIm Business to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law, to harvest contact data for unrelated purposes, to post or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service. We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules.
Paid plans are billed per the plan and seat count selected by the workspace owner, through our listed payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds follow the payment provider’s policy unless local law requires otherwise. AI usage beyond included budget may incur additional charges as disclosed in-app.
The workspace owner may request closure at any time by contacting hello@becaim.ai; we do not currently offer fully self-service workspace deletion. On closure we deactivate the workspace and its users and delete personal data within 30 days, retaining limited anonymised analytics and records required for legal/billing compliance. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these Terms.
BecAIm Business is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made based on AI-generated content. Where required by law, our maximum aggregate liability to a workspace is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid by that workspace in the last 12 months, or (b) US $100.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
